Our in house tool making capability includes 4 CNC Machining Centers and 3 CNC, EDM Machining Centers.  All tool design is managed and developed in our engineering department.  This translates into competitive lead times for tooling completion and excellent results with respect to First Article compliance.  This holds true for the most complex part designs including multi-directional undercuts found, for example, in keypads with features for speakers and that simultaneously provide a gasket seal.
