Our design and engineering talent in the United States comes from 16 years of experience working to find the optimum solution when considering rubber keypads.  In addition, we have over 30 years of experience in the design, tooling and manufacture of thermoplastic materials.  This experience is used to determine how best to interface plastic and rubber components.

Our engineering department adds value to our customer's design efforts by:  Reviewing designs for manufacturability.  Suggesting prototypes when appropriate.  Analyzing materials and processes in order to achieve specific life, force and ergonomic requirements.  Documentation of all measurements.  Design of tooling for molding and secondary operations such as screen printing.  Manage all CNC and EDM work.  Program all tooling functions for the tooling shop.
